These Shop Terms apply to purchases made through the J Daley Concepts online shop.

OUR COLLECTION

J Daley Concepts offers a curated collection of vintage, found and selected objects discovered through our travels, projects and everyday wanderings. Many pieces are vintage, one of a kind or available in very limited quantities. Signs of age, patina, variations, irregularities and traces of a previous life are part of the character of these objects and are not considered defects. We make every effort to describe and photograph each piece accurately, including any significant condition issues of which we are aware. Please keep in mind that colors, textures and scale may appear differently depending on photography and screen settings.

PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Payment is due at the time an order is placed and is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes collected by us will be shown before completion of your purchase. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country. Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDERS

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an electronic confirmation. As many of our objects are unique, availability cannot be guaranteed until an order has been confirmed. In the unlikely event that an object is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that item. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or circumstances that make fulfilment impossible. If payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

SHIPPING

We ship to destinations within the United States and internationally where available. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary according to the destination, size, weight and nature of the object. International shipments may be subject to customs procedures and delays outside our control. Full information is available in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with the object you have chosen. Return eligibility, instructions, timing and applicable shipping costs are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Shop Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees that apply to your purchase based on your location.

VINTAGE & ONE-OF-A-KIND OBJECTS

Part of the beauty of a vintage object is the life it has already lived. Small marks, variations, patina and irregularities are to be expected and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Where an object has a significant imperfection or condition issue, we will make reasonable efforts to identify it in the description or photography. Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All text, photography, imagery, graphics, branding and other original content appearing on the J Daley Concepts website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Personal information collected through the shop is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Shop Terms do not exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law.

Where mandatory consumer protections apply in the customer's country or jurisdiction, those protections remain unaffected by these terms.

We may update these Shop Terms from time to time. The terms applicable to an order are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
